Ultra™ Fiber is also known as UHMWPE, or branded Spectra™ or Dyneema™

Ultragrid uses a unique double Ultra™ grid reducing weight and doubling tear strength, compared to other gridstop fabrics on the market. Gram-for-gram, Ultra™ has a tensile strength 15x stronger than steel.

The fabric is coated with C0 DWR that does not contain fluorocarbons, otherwise known as PFCs or “forever chemicals”.

I have one on each of 3 backpacks!

Favorite way to carry water bottles. I'm a little older and can't reach the water bottle holders on the pack. These are great and perfect for the 1 liter 'Smartwater' size. I usually use medium
weight zip ties to secure bottle sleeve closer to the shoulder strap. I also weave a zip tie around the opening of the sleeve to help keep it's round shape to reinsert the bottle on trail. With a little personal adaption to each pack-They Are Awesome!

ultralight and super functional

I love my ultragrid mesh bottles sleeve. In fact, I purchased one for myself, and then I bought 6 more for my wife and kids because they also loved these holders. Used them on the Appalachian trail. Quality craftsmanship. Love the easy access bungee to secure the top of bottle and prevent it from falling out.

Perfect Bottle Sleeve

Light and sturdy sleeve. Pairs immaculately with my Red Paw Packs' blue ultragrid Flex Fanny Pack, attached to via carabiner / gear tie. Been using to take a small 12oz thermos of tea about on walks in the city.

Nice water bottle sleeve

Used this on a 7-day trip in the Rockies. I use a 600mL aluminum water bottle with a DIY straw out of the top. Therefore, I had to remove the shock cord at the top of the sleeve because you couldn't slip it over the top of my tall straw. Instead, I placed the shock cord near the bottom third of the sleeve and completely around the shoulder strap of my pack. This way, the bottle becomes very stable and doesn't jiggle around as you hike. Photos show this arrangement. Otherwise, the sleeve is of high quality and held up fine on this tough trip.
