Why we exist

Crafting ultralight gear with an ultralight footprint, Trekker Joe's is not just about exploring the outdoors but connecting hearts to it. Commitment to the Earth's preservation is at the core of our promise. 🏕

Trekker Joe's is a small family-run cottage gear company out of Spicewood, Texas. Every bottle sleeve, pouch, and piece we make is sewn by hand — built for the trails we actually hike, tested in the Guadalupe Mountains and the rolling cedar hills of Central Texas.

We believe the land that makes this gear worth making deserves something back. That's why 1% of every purchase goes directly to the Great Springs Project — a 100-mile trail corridor connecting Barton Springs, San Marcos Springs, Comal Springs, and San Antonio Springs from Austin to San Antonio. The gear gives back. That's the commitment.

If you're here, you probably care about the same things we do. Welcome to the trail.

Gear that earns its place means gear that actually goes places. Here's proof.
